FV - Character Concept Sketches

I did some concept sketches of the five characters / animals that I want to include in my film. Since I plan on "building" them out of existing plastic objects I tried to separate specific areas and made them more square and symmetrical.

However I wasn't really able to visualize them as transparent / plastic like but I think that will be easy to accomplish with 3D models in Maya.
