From Script to Screen - Intro + Mind-Maps
For our new project From Script to Screen we were asked to create a two minutes 2D Animatic and the associated Maya pre-viz.
The storyline has to be created by three components that we randomly got. One for the main character, one for the environment and one for a prop.

Yes... looking at your 'how they connect' mind-map, I think you should take a look at the premise of Aldous Huxley's Brave New Word...

There's something already going on here about a factory/production-line producing binary genders from 'test-tubes', and a binary-malfunction (a woman with a beard!) being produced as 'an error' - it suddenly sounds very 'now' and contemporary, doesn't it? Looks like this has been a very useful exercise already!
just in terms of our conversation today about 'not' thinking about this in terms of human-themed spaces and really embracing the idea of some alternate universe of 'critters' or 'beings'...
